Governing Law; Severability
These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, except with regard to its conflicts and choice of law rules. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Boston, Massachusetts. Non-Personal Information
